PROCUREMENT NOTICE

SERVICE OF PROVIDING PURIFIED MINERAL WATER

 FOR ETF BOARD HEAD OFFICE FILE NO. ETF/PROC/A/2022/116   

The Chairman of Department Procurement Committee (DPC – Minor) on behalf of the Employees’ Trust Fund Board invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the above service for period of one year. Therefore, the bidders who are interested shall be considered the follows.

  1. The monthly requirement is approximately 370 bottles, each capacity 19 liters
  1. Contract period shall be one year
  1. The replenishment service shall be provided weekly
  1. The service provider shall deliver the water bottles directly to the respective sections in Mehewara Piyesa, such as; 19th Floor – 100, 20th Floor – 80, 21st Floor – 60, 22nd Floor – 50, 23rd Floor – 50 (bottles)
    Also, Labour Secretariat, Ground Floor – 10 & Nawala – 20 (bottles)
  1. Payments will be made for the total numbers of water bottles those supplied in one calendar month.
  1. The bidder shall be compulsory to submit the Government validity Licenses, Government approval, Standard/Quality Certificates etc.
  1. The bidder who can offer 3 Tap, Hot & cold Dispensers free of charge in addition to the Water cost would be considered.
  1. More details could be traced from the bidding document and interested bidder could be collected the bidding document in English from the Procurement Section from 3rd October 2022 to 12th October 2022.
  1. Bids should be deposited in the Tender box No. 08 kept at, Procurement Section, 23rd Floor, “Mehewara Piyesa”, Narahenpita , Colombo 5. On or before at 10.30 a.m. on 13th October 2022 (Thursday) and Bids shall be opened immediately afterwards.
