The above items are stored at ETF Board Car Park premises, No. 02, Nawam Mawatha, Colombo 2. The parties interested can be examined the items in the same location between 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on 2^nd & 3^rd March 2023.

The parties who are interested in quoting for rates have to obtain a BID FORM from the ETF Board during the office hours of 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. with making a payment of Rs.25,000.00 refundable and Rs.1,000.00 non-refundable.

The duly filled Bid Form shall deposit on or before 10.30 a.m. on 8^th March 2023(Wednesday) to the Tender Box No. 6, kept at Procurement Section, ETF Board, 23rd Floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Narahenpita, Colombo 5 and the bid opening will be held immediately afterward. 

The bidders have the opportunity to offer rates for one LOT or more LOTS or all LOTS in the list.

The items will be sold at the highest offer.

The unsuccessful bidders could obtain their refundable fee immediately after the announcement of the successful bidders. The successful bidders shall make the balance payment (with deduction of the refundable deposit) relevant to their total amount offered. In case the successful bidder fails, reluctant or refuses to purchase the items that they have offered, no refundable deposit will be returned.   

The successful bidders shall make the total amount to their respective LOTS within 02 working days from the date of awarding and thereafter shall make arrangements to remove the entire items under each lot within 02 working days from the ETF Board premises. In case the bidder fails to make the payment within the given duration the ETF Board will consider rejecting them without notifying. In such a situation, no refundable deposit will be released to the defaulters.  

The bids receiving after 10.30 a.m. on 08.03.2023 will be treated as late bids and not will be accepted.

The Management of the ETF Board has the sole rights for decision making.
