ETF Board requires a building space to relocate the ETF Regional Office at Kandy with the intention of providing better service to the ETF members. Therefore, sealed bids are invited herewith from eligible bidders for the building spaces in the Kandy area.

Basic Requirements

 Lease period shall be minimum 02 years and thereafter renewal shall be considered.

1. The Building Plan should have been approved by the relevant municipal authority.
2. The proprietor of the property shall ready to produce the relevant original documents when required by the ETF Board.
3. The location shall be free from risks such as Flood, earth slips etc.
4. The building shall be provided with pipe borne water, 3 phase Electricity, Telephone, basic hygienically needs etc.
5. Parking facilities for more than 05 vehicles.
6. Easy access for the general public especially those who use the public transport.
7. Lift facility should be available, if it is in upstair.
8. Availability of Air Conditioners and Generator would be an added qualification.

The interested bidders are requested to download the Bidding document from the ETF Board official website www.etfb.lk

The completed bidding document to be inserted in to the Tender Box No.08 kept at Procurement Section, 23^rd Floor, Mehewara Piyasa, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 on or before 10.30 a.m. on 23.03.2023 (Thursday).

Please state the bid number and “Building space for ETF office – Kandy” in the left corner of the envelope in the relevant bidding document.
