The Chairman of Department Procurement Committee (DPC) – Minor on behalf of the Employees’ Trust Fund Board invites sealed bids from bidders must be following eligibility criteria:

1. The Bidder must be a Company incorporated in Sri Lanka and having active operations for at least 5 years up to the date of Bid submission.
2. The Bidder must have an average annual turnover of not less than LKR 50 million during the year 2017-2019 period (inclusive both years)
3. The Bidder shall involve of supplying Notebook (Laptop) Computers for last 03 years
